A 3 night minimum is required $450 + 13% SC tax, $85 cleaning and refundable deposit of $500, upon satisfactory inspection by local property manager.
Reservations assured upon Security Deposit being received and a completed Rental Agreement. I accept PayPal, credit cards and checks when deposited 45 days prior to arrival.
Property is self-catering; you provide food, beverages and linens. Should you require linen rental, with advance notice, our cleaning service will accommodate you and at a modest rental fee.
We provide a starter kit of coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher cubes and Tide HE washing machine cubes.
