June, July, August $950. per week + 13% SC tax, $85 cleaning and refundable deposit of $500, upon satisfactory inspection by local property manager.

April, May, September, October, November $700. per week + 13% SC tax, $85 cleaning and refundable deposit of $500, upon satisfactory inspection by local property manager.

December, January, February, March $500. per week or $1000. per month  + 13% SC tax, $85 cleaning and refundable deposit of $500, upon satisfactory inspection by local property manager.

A 3 night minimum is required $450 + 13% SC tax, $85 cleaning and refundable deposit of $500, upon satisfactory inspection by local property manager.

Reservations assured upon Security Deposit being received and a completed Rental Agreement. I accept PayPal, credit cards and checks when deposited 45 days prior to arrival.

Property is self-catering; you provide food, beverages and linens. Should you require linen rental, with advance notice, our cleaning service will accommodate you and at a modest rental fee.

We provide a starter kit of coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher cubes and Tide HE washing machine cubes.

You’re within walking distance of  ice cream shop, Basil’s Pizza Parlor, bike rental,  and more. A short drive takes you to my favorite: Flynn’s Irish Tavern on Main Street.

They know the value of pleasant, comfortable furnishings, a convenient location and people (me) who listen.

Thistle Cove Cottage is an easy walk to the Cherry Grove Pier and the time is never more beautiful than early morning.

Thistle Cove Cottage is the bottom right condo, facing the Atlantic beach and ocean and the good news is...there's an elevator so you don't have to carry "stuff" up and down stairs!

Thistle Cove Cottage is self-catering; you provide food and linens. TCC at Ocean Terrace is on North Ocean Boulevard and faces the Atlantic Ocean; beach access is directly in front of the building.

Beautiful cottage atmosphere with 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom; sleeps 4 people in 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Swimming pool, picnic table and grill in back of complex with hot tub across Spring Street. The balcony faces the Atlantic Ocean and has access from both living room and master bedroom.

Monthly rates available and discounts for quick decisions to reserve; HOA rules state no pets or motorcycles.

 Dining area and living room; the orca whale rug is wool and ceiling fan helps with keeping condo cool or warm, depending upon season. Clockwise in winter and counter-clockwise in summer.

Full sized kitchen appliances, good lighting and well equipped means lots of good food and beverages may be prepared on site. That saves a lot of money!

My old cupboard provides extra storage and work space; make sure you use the cutting board that's provided!

 Master Bathroom coordinates with master bedroom.

 Master Bedroom faces Ocean Blvd., beach and ocean and double pane windows provide extra quiet.

Master bedroom has wicker chair, large closet and access to balcony.

 Second bedroom has twin beds, lots of light and storage, including closet and two chairs.

Second bedroom has charming wall hangings.

Second bathroom has a black and white Parisian theme.

Private pool for owners and guests.

Private hot tub for owners and guests.

Sit on the balcony, beverage in hand and watch the Atlantic Ocean roll in and roll out. It's a sight that never wearies the eye.

2013 Rates

Security deposit required to reserve and rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of all monies, Manager will issue a digital entry code which allows entry from day of arrival at 4:00 p.m. until day of departure at 11:00 a.m.  

Personal checks accepted, must clear 30 days prior to arrival.

~ Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, SC ~

There's plenty of beach to enjoy no matter if strolling, jogging, putting up a canopy or sitting in a beach chair. The weather is lovely in the shoulder months, especially for those wishing to escape snow and ice in Canada or the northern USA. Off season, Ocean Terrace is quiet and a perfect time to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and, if you're a writer or photographer, this time of year is perfect to enjoy your Muse.

Security deposit and rental must be received thirty days prior to arrival date.  After departure and satisfactory inspection by manager, security deposit is refunded. 

June, July, August - $900 weekly rental only.
April, May, September, October, November - $800 weekly rental only.
December, January, February, March - $700 weekly or $1,000 per month.
Does not include 13% SC sales tax or $85.00 cleaning fee.

Rental is day of arrival 4:00 p.m. to day of departure 11:00 a.m. .
